Adding Notes to an Interaction

To add notes to an interaction:

1.

Select the interaction file that you want to add a note to.

2.

Click Notes & Tags.

3.

Enter comments in the Note Edit box.

4.

Click Add.

To add a note to a specific location in the interaction:

1.

Select and play the interaction file that you want to add a note to.

2.

When you reach the desired location in the playback, click Add Note.

3.

Enter comments.

4.

Click Save.
